Rupert Wood Studio has been formed in the aftermath of APG Works, and occupies space 100 yards along the street from the old location. The studio continues the screen-printing work of APG, and continues to present prints from the archive, together with new content.

A framing works, a screen printing studio, an occasional gallery - APG Works framed pictures and presented art in Sheffield for over 23 years. The last 17 of those were in an old cutlery works courtyard at 16-20 Sidney Street, Sheffield S1 4RH, a building of great character much loved by its many visitors

In that time APG worked with an astounding array of local and international artists - as well as lovingly framing pictures to top quality standards.

Originally set up by Rupert Wood, APG Works, from its early days, worked with talented and creative individuals - and always employed a keen group of framers and printmakers, growing their expertise and welcoming energising perspectives.
